Phoenix Loves... Play.

My favourite places - it's a growing list. But today, at this very moment, I think the number one spot has to go to the play park down the road from where we live.

Always happy to come and play here.

It's not the biggest in the world and it's probably not the best in the world either, but it's mine and I love going there, especially with my mum and dad. It's on the way to the local shops, so whenever mum and dad need something (usually treats) my luck's in!

When you're there in the afternoon, with nobody else around and the sun shining through the trees -there's nothing better. Not that I spend my time there relaxing, nope, there's too much to do! First stop is usually the huge swing which mum or dad always insist on going on with me for my own safety. Yeah and the fact that it's really fun has nothing to do with it I guess!

Nail biting stuff.
Next up we'll usually hit the rocking moose or horse - that's me on the moose with dad in the first picture. Then it's onto the picture game, do a bit of climbing on the ladders, go on another swing and then finish things off with a go on the slide. Check it out:

Spinny things.

I'm going up in the world.

This is the life.

What? Me? Down there?!?

Phew, I'm tired just thinking of all that fun stuff! In fact, I'm far too tired to even finish this blog so why don't we leave it to some old dude that once said something interesting about play - thanks dad for the help (or should that be Google...)

  1. Georgie Bernie Shaw got it right. I WISH people would remember that when I'm silly and don't 'act my age'. Ha ha! LOVE YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
